Local Government Forum – November 25-26, 2025

Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa, Zakopane

On November 25 – 26, Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa will be the host and partner of the Local Government Forum in Zakopane – one of the biggest local government events this autumn. The event will gather representatives of local governments from across the country, experts, and representatives of administration and business to discuss the most important challenges facing Polish regions. The Forum is organized by the Institute of Eastern Studies Foundation in cooperation with the Małopolskie Voivodeship and the City of Zakopane.

The main topics of the Forum are:

• sustainable development and local government economy
• security and resilience to crisis situations
• health protection of residents
• demographic challenges and support for seniors
• public transport funding
• implementation of new statutory obligations

The program will include over 100 discussion panels, workshops and presentations, 80 debates, and 30 individual talks, discussions in tracks: security, finance, investments, development, health, culture, sports, climate and environment. All panels, events, and discussions will take place at Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa, which will once again be the venue for such a large and important event.
