Don't give up on fitness during your vacation. Fit & Gym at Nosalowy Dwór is a space created for people who value an active lifestyle and professional workout conditions. Our modern, multifunctional gym with a view of the Tatra Mountains is the perfect place for both intense training and gentle physical activity.

The space is divided into several training zones:

  • Cardio zone equipped with treadmills, exercise bikes, and ellipticals,
  • Strength training zone with professional equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, and machines,
  • Functional training and stretching zone, perfect for working on mobility and recovery.

The gym is mainly equipped with high-class Technogym equipment, as well as additional training accessories such as steps, balls, and bands, allowing for varied and comprehensive training.

Organizational Information

  • Location: Fit & Gym is located on the fifth floor of the Residence II hotel
  • Availability: The gym is available free of charge to all resort Guests
  • Opening hours: Daily from 07:00 to 22:00

We believe that the key to success is combining intense effort with smart recovery. After a session in the Fit & Gym, we encourage you to take advantage of our Wellness Zone or saunas. Biological regeneration in saunas or hydrotherapy in the jacuzzi is the perfect complement to training, accelerating muscle recovery and reducing fatigue.
