We inform you that check-in takes place at the central reception, located in the Grand Nosalowy Dwór**** hotel within the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA complex.

In order to ensure the safety of children in our Facilities, we have introduced Standards for the Protection of Minors. We are obliged by law to implement the above Standards. During your stay in our hotels, we will require you to have a document confirming your right to care for the child.

Cancellation
A booking cannot be canceled free of charge. 50% advance payment is required within 7 days from the date of reservation for bookings with arrival dates over 7 days from the date of booking. For bookings where the arrival is to take place within 7 days from the date of booking, an advance payment is required within 24 hours, or credit card details must be provided for a guarantee on which pre-authorization in the amount of 50% of the booking value will be made. In the case of cancellation, the advance payment will not be refunded. If the Hotel releases promotional offers (first minute, last minute, happy hour), they will refer solely to the new bookings. It is not possible to apply discounts to persons who cancel the existing booking and make a booking for the same date again within a promotional offer. The number of rooms in promotional offers is ALWAYS LIMITED!
