We inform you that check-in takes place at the central reception, located in the Grand Nosalowy Dwór**** hotel within the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA complex.

In order to ensure the safety of children in our Facilities, we have introduced Standards for the Protection of Minors. We are obliged by law to implement the above Standards. During your stay in our hotels, we will require you to have a document confirming your right to care for the child.

Cancellation

The reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. In such case, the deposit paid will be refunded or may be exchanged for a voucher with a specified redemption date. In the event of cancellation after this period or a no-show on the day of arrival, the property will charge the Guest 40% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 40% of the reservation value is required via the online payment system.
