We inform you that check-in takes place at the central reception, located in the Grand Nosalowy Dwór**** hotel within the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA complex.

In order to ensure the safety of children in our Facilities, we have introduced Standards for the Protection of Minors. We are obliged by law to implement the above Standards. During your stay in our hotels, we will require you to have a document confirming your right to care for the child.

Cancellation
The reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. In such case, the paid prepayment will be refunded or may be converted into a Voucher with a specified validity period. In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no-show on the arrival date, the property will charge the Guest 40% of the reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 40% of the reservation value is required via the online payment system. In the event that the Hotel publishes promotional offers (first minute, last minute, happy hour, etc.), they apply exclusively to newly created reservations. It is not possible to apply a promotion to existing reservations or to cancel and rebook the same or a similar date in order to benefit from a promotional rate. The number of rooms available under promotional offers is limited.
