We inform you that check-in takes place at the central reception, located in the Grand Nosalowy Dwór**** hotel within the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA complex.

In order to ensure the safety of children in our Facilities, we have introduced Standards for the Protection of Minors. We are obliged by law to implement the above Standards. During your stay in our hotels, we will require you to have a document confirming your right to care for the child.

Cancellation

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In such a case, the prepayment made will be refunded or exchanged for a time-limited Voucher. If canceled after this date or in case of a no-show, the hotel will charge 30% of the total cost of the reservation. To guarantee your reservation, 30% prepayment is required via the online payment system.
