The form of serving all meals is carried out in accordance with the current regulations of state authorities.
Reffering to the current situation we would like to inform you that we have introduced all the necessary procedures to protect our Guests and employees and to comply with all the recommendations of the relevant state authorities aimed at minimizing the risk of coronavirus infection and spread.
1. The voucher is issued to a specific person or bearer upon payment.
2. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or on the date specified on the voucher. In the event of cancellation during the voucher's validity period or after the voucher's expiration date, any monies paid will not be refunded and the voucher will expire.
3. The voucher can only be redeemed at Nosalowy hotels, after the reservation has been made and confirmed via e-mail by the reservation department. Reservations are made subject to availability and upon verification of a unique voucher number.
4. The voucher must be used once and can be redeemed upon presenting the voucher at the reception desk or by making a reservation on the hotel website.
5. The Voucher is redeemed according to the rules applicable to the sale of a given type of service, according to the prices and rules applicable at the time of purchase.
6. The Voucher can be redeemed at Nosalowy hotels according to the scope specified in the Voucher or up to the amount stated on the Voucher for use.
7. The voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
8. If the value of the service is lower than the value of the Voucher, the Guest is not entitled to receive the rest of the unused amount.
9. The Voucher Guest shall be obliged to pay the difference of the price on the spot at the Hotel, in cash or by card, when the value of the rendered service is higher than the value of the presented Voucher or the scope of the Voucher does not include it.
10. The Voucher, without prior consent of Nosalowy Dwór Sp. z o.o., cannot be used for promotion and advertising purposes (including as a prize in competitions, lotteries etc.); using pictures and the registered trademark of "Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA" is prohibited.
11. The Hotel is not responsible for a Voucher that is lost or damaged after it has been given to the Purchaser.
12. The Hotel will only accept Vouchers that are undamaged, have an expiration date, hologram and signature of the Issuer. Exceptions are vouchers purchased electronically and sent by the Publisher to the recipient's email. The Guest is obliged, on the day of arrival at the hotel, to present the original voucher (in the form of a printed original, a printed online voucher file/ pdf or a printout from the website, according to the applicable template. All the current voucher designs are on file at the Company Secretary's office and are provided to the front desk.
13. The Hotel has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher when: a) the Voucher's validity period has expired; b) the Voucher is damaged in a way that makes it impossible to read the data written on it and the Voucher is not listed in the register of voucher sales kept by the Company.
14. The Purchaser or the bearer of the Voucher shall have no claims against the Hotel for loss (including theft) or destruction of the Voucher. At the same time, in the event of loss or theft of the voucher, the Purchaser shall be obliged to notify the Voucher Issuer without undue delay by e-mail to: rezerwacja@nosalowy.pl in order to prevent unauthorized use of the voucher.
15. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to make reservations on the special dates stated in the voucher offer.
16. The Purchaser declares that he/she is familiar with the content of these Regulations, accepts it in its entirety and undertakes to comply with its provisions.
